Big downturner: Vegs, that are not in your preset catalogue, cannot be added. I grow at least 3-5 of them.
Suggestion: add all entries, wich don´t fit in an already existing category into a "specialty" category - if there are more than, say, 5 entries with the same name, you can still make up a new category for them.

You will curently (excuse the pun) be missing out on a chunk (shameful excuse for a pun)of traffic; as visitors using mobile devices are not able to fully access your site. This would provide you with at the very least 20% more traffic.
I can advise and assist you with this.
